Our approach

We believe in co-designing a support model with our clients — a space of shared responsibility and genuine partnership. We amplify autonomy and choice by connecting clients with experienced independent contractors who genuinely fit their lives and values.

Support should never feel like a service being delivered to someone. It should feel like a community of people working together, led by the person at the centre.

Our support workers are independent professionals who choose to be part of the Indra Network community. They are not Indra Network employees — they operate their own businesses and bring their own expertise, and clients have real choice over who supports them, when, and how.

Indra Network is an NDIS provider currently working towards full NDIS registration. We are committed to meeting all practice standards and safeguarding requirements as part of that process.
