This was not just a story; it was a truth whispered through time—that all things are connected, that no one exists in isolation, and that when we honor each person’s place in the web, we all shine brighter.
At Indra Network, we carry this wisdom forward, reshaping the way support is provided for people with disabilities. "We believe support should adapt to the individual, not the other way around. True empowerment comes from choice, flexibility, and honoring each person's unique needs and aspirations. We are not just another service.
We are a movement.
We’re a grassroots disability support collective based on the Sunshine Coast, built on trust, autonomy, and a healthy dose of chaos-magic.
We don’t do top-down. We don’t do cookie-cutter care plans. We definitely don’t do bureaucracy for bureaucracy’s sake. What we do is co-create flexible, human-first support with individuals and families—support that adapts, evolves, and actually makes sense in real life.
At our core, we believe in relationships over red tape. Our in-home support teams are shaped around the person, not the system. We work closely with the people we support, building care networks that are personal, sustainable, and rooted in community.

Our Model
Your Home, Your Team
Our clients live in their own homes with a team of support workers they personally choose. Together, we co-design support that fits their lifestyle, routines, and aspirations—ensuring they feel truly at home.
Hubs: A Community of Support
Each client has their own dedicated support team, they’re also part of a small, connected hub of nearby homes. If extra support is needed, support workers who are already trained and our clients are familiar with, can step in.
Support That Fits You
No one should have to fit into a rigid system. Instead, we create in-home systems that reflect what our clients want and need. Whether it’s how a home runs day-to-day, the way support is structured, or the culture of a household, everything is built around the person at the center.
A Bridge Between You & Your Support Team
We make sure every client is truly supported, while also empowering support workers to take ownership of their training and the quality of care they provide. Our role is to help everything run smoothly—ensuring clients feel heard and cared for, while support teams have the tools and guidance to do their best work.
